Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Peaking Waters LLC, Cornelius, North Carolina ("we", "us") for corekitai.com, the Core Kit, add-ons, member area, AI partner, and development services. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
- Core Kit: a working business setup for your track, delivered in your member area, with guides, videos, a baseline, a first-customers playbook, and the AI partner.
- Add-ons: the services described on the site at the time you buy. Monthly add-ons renew each month until you cancel.
- Builds and studio work: development work described in a written scope or quote we agree on before work starts. Deposits start the work; the balance is due on delivery.
- Journey: by application, under a separate written agreement.
Your account
Sign-in is by a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. Your member area is for you and your business; please don't share access.
The AI partner
The AI partner uses Claude to give general, practical guidance based on what you've told us. It can be wrong. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or licensing advice, and it doesn't replace a professional or your local officials. Check anything important before you rely on it. We may limit daily use to keep the service fair and running.
What you own
- Your business: your name, brand, customers, content, and data are yours.
- Kit materials: templates, guides, and videos are licensed to you to use in your own business. Please don't resell or redistribute them as your own kit.
- Builds: once a build is paid in full, the code and assets we made for you are yours, apart from any third-party or open-source components, which stay under their own licenses.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current month. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful, to attack or overload our systems, or to try to access other members' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Results
We work hard to help you launch and grow, but every business is different, and we can't promise specific sales, income, or outcomes.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will note the date above and email members about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Questions: email us.
